Established in 1999, the firm of Mr. Fabio Hernandez, C.E.O. was the beginning of FDC & Associates Corporation, which is the original name and it has currently shorten to FDC Corporation as we know it today. This company has maintained the acronym “FDC” which stands for Financing, Development and Construction. The FDC acronym was created by Mr. Hernandez that had a vision that this company would evolve to multidiscipline development company. FDC Corporation has grown and evolved with key partnerships to Mr. Hector Moreno P.E. a civil engineer (2001) who brought the integral part of Civil Engineering to FDC mix and Mr. Roberto C. Romo (2002) CFO financial administration who has guided FDC Corporations aggressive growth.

Fast-forward to 1999 when Mr. Hernandez created FDC & Associates Corp., which provided mostly real estate financing for residential homes, Mr. Hernandez subcontracted engineering and architecture to construct residential additions and single home projects. Mr. Hernandez vision, however was to provide a hands-on approach to development. To create this vision FDC & Associates would need to be in command of all phases of development, from the concept phase to design and final construction. Providing this leadership would yield an invaluable asset to the client in terms of knowledge, and save design and construction time and finally guide our clients successfully through the complex and burdensome development process.

Located in the City of San Bernardino, the heart of the Inland Empire and fast growing industrial city, our headquarters is conveniently located in old San Bernardino close to San Bernardino County and San Bernardino City Hall

While each of the principals assumes an active role with clients and takes a formal lead on individual projects, design is a cooperative effort that draws from the strengths of architects, engineers, designers, investors, real estate specialist and other staff specialists, who work in close collaboration with our clients and consultants.

Today, we continue to evolve in our processes and in response to the needs of our clients, while our goal remains to be a conscientious development company that will consider how to bond in harmony the environment and our client's visions and development goals.
