FDC Corporation Engineering Division is an integral part for FDC since the creation of this company it was true in 1999 when the Company was founded and is clearly essential now in today's complex development process and increasing demands for environmental friendly designs and important but more stringent municipal, state and federal regulations.
Presently most of our drawings and design are done with Autodesk Land Desktop 2006 and Civil Design Software. These computer software along with other computer systems allows FDC to speedily analyze the costs of construction, including infrastructure implementation, balancing of earthwork, material quantity forecasts, total completion and permitting cost, which yield our clients a maximum-investment on returns.
Our Civil Engineering Division comprises of an integrated engineering office capable of handling all phases of development. FDC can take a project through, economic feasibility, planning and zoning, preliminary design, mapping/platting, and ultimately to the final design where the project is ready for bid and construction. Thereafter, we provide construction support through plan clarification, contractor and field surveyor coordination, and as-needed plan revisions
