As part of a site design and feasibility study, FDC & Associates designed several commercial retail concepts for a 12, 000 sq. ft. mixed use commercial center. The Study consisted of maximizing the building size while accomodating to city codes and requirements for landscape and parking. Superior Homes LLC required these studies to prepare their economic planning and financial performa.
